Who We Serve
Phoenix Natural Medicine is built for patients managing a cancer diagnosis. Because the body's systems are connected, many of those same patients stay for the broader complex chronic and autoimmune care the practice also provides — and some patients start there directly.
The practice is one practice with two physicians. Dr. Shanah is licensed in Washington and California, seeing patients in person and by telemedicine in both states. Dr. Kris is licensed in California and Arizona, seeing patients by telemedicine in both. Together, the practice covers Washington, California, and Arizona through a concierge model: insurance is used where it applies, and the concierge fee on top of it is what keeps visits focused on the patient rather than volume.
Patients from outside these states are welcome to travel for in-person care with Dr. Shanah. For those who can't, a separate advisory and advocacy service is available.
