These are standalone packages, separate from our ongoing concierge memberships. Each has a defined scope and endpoint.
Embark GI Package
Testing and written guidance to help you understand your results and identify next steps. Includes:
- One Gut Zoomer.
- Baseline bloodwork.
- An individualized written evaluation.
- Written recommendations.
Rising GI Package
Testing and written recommendations, with appointments to discuss your results and follow through. Includes:
- One Gut Zoomer.
- Baseline bloodwork.
- Additional testing: free T3, free T4, and ferritin.
- An individualized written evaluation and recommendations.
- A 20–30-minute results consultation.
- A 30-minute follow-up approximately three to four weeks later.
Corona GI Package
A structured course of care, from initial testing through follow-up testing and review. Includes:
- Gut Zoomer.
- Organic Acids testing.
- Foundation Baseline testing.
- An initial written evaluation and plan.
- Two 30-minute consultations.
- Two 30-minute check-ins.
- A repeat Gut Zoomer.
- Repeat-test interpretation and an updated written review.
Phoenix GI Package
Custom testing and a longer period of individualized support. Includes:
- An individualized testing selection.
- Approximately six months of support.
- A scope of care developed through consultation.
Recent Bloodwork
Have recent bloodwork? Qualifying results from the last 90 days may reduce the testing cost of an Embark or Rising package. Results must be reviewed to determine which tests do not need to be repeated.
Corona’s bloodwork is bundled and does not receive the same outside-results credit. Professional fees remain unchanged.
