Membership fees cover physician care and access. Laboratory testing (including ctDNA), supplements, medications, procedures, infusions, and outside services are billed separately. Additional visits beyond your tier are $400 (60 min) or $225 (30 min). Membership does not provide comprehensive health insurance coverage; it provides only the services described. We do not bill insurance for membership services and encourage you to maintain health insurance.
Bespoke Cancer Care
Structured physician support during cancer treatment, coordinated with your oncology team.
What's included:
Ongoing coordination with your oncology team
Week 1: 60-minute initial consultation, with two hours of pre-visit record review
60-minute follow-ups at Weeks 3, 5, 9, and 12, then as treatment requires
Review of new test results as they return, with updates between visits
Portal messaging with a 24-48 hour business-day response
Priority scheduling when clinically appropriate

Complimentary Discovery Call
Payment: pay per visit at the time of service. No membership, prepayment, or long-term commitment. Initial consultation $1,000. Follow-up visit $400.
Each visit includes: portal messaging and results review until your next follow-up, as long as that follow-up is scheduled within 6 weeks. Care is always provided alongside your oncology team, never in place of it.
Billed separately: laboratory testing including ctDNA, supplements, IV therapies and infusions, prescription medications, mobile phlebotomy or outside collection fees, imaging, and additional visits at the follow-up rate.
